Designing a dream custom home for today's family starts with the basics: children, school, dog, home office, friends, exercise, proximity to work, green spaces, and more. Step one was location and this was a rare find of a vacant town lot in a great neighborhood backing onto green space and trails. Skilled planning and great design enabled the couple to realize all their goals for the home while working around the lot's unique shape.

The kitchen features custom-built frameless construction painted cabinets, quartz countertops and a walk-in pantry for additional storage. The wine storage and display case is both beautiful and functional by providing proper storage and ventilation while showcasing a wine collection.

A place to gather with friends and family, this basement features a custom-built bar area, banquette bench and card table, fully vented cigar room, fireplace lounge area, fully equipped weight room, and media room. The level of design and detail that went into the cabinetry, lighting, wall detail, furniture etc. is exceptional and will be enjoyed for years to come.
